Chipotle lentils
Chipotle lentils with the panela cheese added and ready to eat.
How do you make this? Easy! Sorry there are no quantities - I don't cook like that very often!
1. Soak your lentils.
2. Fry some onion.
3. Add the lentils. Fry some more.
4. Add chipotle chili and a couple of chopped tomatoes.
5. Fry a little more.
6. Add a little water and simmer until the lentils are soft and ready to eat.
7. Finally add pieces of panela cheese.
8. Cover and take off the heat. Allow the cheese to soften.
9. Add salt to taste.
10. Enjoy.
